By accessing the Inklik Digital website or entering into a project proposal, scope of work (SOW), or retainer agreement with Inklik Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India.

Upon receipt of full invoice payment for a completed project, the Client retains 100% full intellectual property ownership of all custom website code, design mockups, graphic assets, and written content developed specifically for the Client. Inklik Digital retains the right to display completed non-confidential work in agency portfolio showcases.
Website creation projects operate on agreed milestone schedules (e.g. 50% deposit upon project initiation, 50% upon live launch approval). Recurring monthly retainers for SEO, Social Media, or PPC management are billed in advance on a 30-day billing cycle. Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issuance.
To ensure project delivery timelines are met, the Client agrees to provide necessary brand assets, credentials, content approvals, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3 to 5 business days). Timely client responses ensure project milestones stay on schedule.
Inklik Digital executes marketing strategies following white-hat industry best practices. While we optimize campaigns for maximum performance, organic search algorithms (Google) and paid ad auction costs (Google/Meta) are governed by external platforms. Inklik Digital shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the service fees paid by the Client.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
